Dr. Adams is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is originally from Jefferson City, Tennessee. He attended Carson-Newman University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2012. He then attended the University of Tennessee College
of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016. Upon graduating, he entered a one-year General Practice Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After that year of training, he then worked at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital for two years as a General Dentist/Assistant Professor for the GPR residents in both clinical and operating room settings. Dr. Adams then completed a non-categorical internship position at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee. Following the internship, he was accepted into their four-year residency position where he was chief resident in his final year. Dr. Adams recently moved to the Grand Strand area, along with his wife, Lindsey and his two dogs, Oliver and Brinkley.
